Chris' Why

I am a scientist and engineer by education and at heart, and I usually begin every problem with the scientific method.

Observation:  From experience working for multiple insurance carriers - No one insurance carrier denies a claim the same way or reason.  On the other hand, policyholders consistently misunderstand the reason their claim is denied feeling resentment towards the carrier.

Question:  Why is this disconnection phenomenon occurring and what can be done with the gap?

Hypothesis:  There is a communication gap between Insurance Carriers and their customers – the Policyholders.

I want to bridge the gap.

A movement needs to begin.  A change needs to happen.  The system needs to tip.  So, I think the best way to experiment and analyze is to speak out.

Credibility

Prioritize education and experience.

Efficiency

Be consistent through maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort.

Integrity
