Chris' Why
I am a scientist and engineer by education and at heart, and I try to begin every problem with the scientific method.

Observation: From experience working for multiple insurance carriers - No one insurance carrier denies a claim the same way or reason. On the other hand, policyholders consistently misunderstand the reason their claim is denied feeling resentment towards the carrier.

Question: Why is this disconnection phenomenon occurring?

Hypothesis: There is a communication gap between Insurance Carriers and their customers – the Policyholders.

There are people that work for the insurance carrier, and do not fully understand the policy they defend.
People purchase insurance policies everyday, and do not fully understand the contract they agreed on.
Everyone deserves the right
to comprehend insurance policy coverage.

I want to inform, educate, and empower every person that
interacts with the insurance policy
and bridge the gap.

A movement needs to begin. A change needs to happen. The system needs to tip.
So, I think the best way to experiment and analyze is to speak out.
